Delete your Vajubhai Masalawala account
This page explains how to delete your account in the Vajubhai Masalawala app (published by Vajubhai Masalawala Enterprise, Junagadh).
In the app
- Open the app and log in.
- Go to Profile and tap Delete my account.
- Read the summary and tap Delete my account again to confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. You can't delete your account while an order is still in progress. Wait until it is delivered or cancelled.
What we delete: your profile, saved addresses, cart, search history, ratings and reviews, and notification tokens.
What we keep: past orders, because we need them for tax and accounting records. Your name and phone number are removed from them. The delivery address stays, so we can identify where an order was delivered.
Not removed by account deletion: any special instructions you typed on an order, your name and phone number on orders already sent to Shopify for delivery outside Junagadh, and payment records held by Razorpay.
If you can't use the app
Email vajubhaimasalawala@gmail.com or message +91-8980421010 on WhatsApp from your registered phone number, and ask us to delete your account. We'll verify it's you and process the request within 30 days.
